  4. How many colors are available on our computers?
  5. Secondary Color: Is a color resulting from the mixing of two primary colors (Red, Yellow, or Blue).
  6. Tertiary Colors: Are the resulting color formed when an equal amount of primary and secondary color are mixed.
  7. Complementary Colors: Are colors directly opposite each other in the color spectrum.
Example of a Traditional Color Wheel
Example of a Photoshop (RGB) Color Wheel
  8. Primary Colors in Photoshop: RGB( Red, Green, Blue) and CMYK(Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black)
  9. Secondary Colors in Photoshop: These are the colors you get when you mix any two of the primary colors in photoshop.
  10. Subtractive Color Model: Explains the mixing of limited set of dyes, inks, paint pigments or natural colorants to create a wider range of colors, each the result of partially or completely subtracting some wavelengths of light and not others.
  11. Additive Color Model: Is the RGB color model in which red, green and blue light are added together in various ways to reproduce a broad array of colors.
  12. RGB is an additive color model.
  13. The CYMK color model is a subtractive door model, used in color printing, and is also used to describe the printing process itself.
  14. Analogous Colors: This color scheme uses colors that are adjacent to each other on the color wheel. one color is used as a dominant color while others are used to enrich
  15. Tint: This is a shade or a variety of colors.
  16. Shade: Comparative darkness and coolness caused by shelter from direct sunlight.
  17. Neutral: Is not helping or supporting either side in a conflict, disagreement, etc.; impartial.
  18. Monochromatic: Means it is containing or using only one color.

Example of Monochromatics
